1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using the Remotly application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by the operator of odbs.tech ("we", "us").

2. What the App does

Remotly turns your iPhone into a remote control for compatible televisions on the same local network. Available functions depend on the television's platform, model, software version and the application running on the television. Sending a command to a TV is not the same as the TV performing it; the App reports what it can verify.

3. Compatibility

The App supports the TV platforms described in the App Store listing and on this website at the time of the release you are using. A brand name, an Android version or the presence of casting or media-sharing features does not guarantee that a particular television can be controlled. We may add or withdraw platform support in future releases.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only pair with and control televisions you own or are authorised to operate.
• Keep your network and TV pairing codes confidential.
• Do not use the App to interfere with devices, networks or services that are not yours.
• Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App except where applicable law permits.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

In subscription-enabled versions, finding and pairing TVs is free; all remote controls require Pro. The annual plan offers eligible customers a 3-day free trial, followed automatically by the yearly price shown before purchase unless cancelled. Monthly and lifetime plans have no trial; lifetime is a one-time purchase without renewal. Apple determines trial eligibility. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel in Apple subscription settings; cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Uninstalling does not cancel. Prices and available offers are shown before confirmation; supported features vary by TV model.

6. Third parties and trademarks

Remotly is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LG Electronics, Google LLC or any television manufacturer. LG, webOS, Android TV, Google TV and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Televisions and their software are provided by their manufacturers under separate terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Discovery, pairing and control depend on your network and television and may not work with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including actions performed on a television as a result of commands sent from the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may discontinue the App or any feature at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
